AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures frames of industrial and civil-purpose buildings and structures of any complexity from the following materials:
• standard rolled steel,
• welded I-beams,
• roll-formed sections (non-standard I-beams of different cross-sections).
Equipment used for the manufacture of frames:
• CNC machines,
• belt-saw machines for sections and pipes, allowing to avoid additional mechanical processing of products,
• drilling equipment, thanks to which further welding-free installation of metal structures can be carried out,
For the manufacture of metal frames, we use rolled sections (I-beams of our own manufacture, formed-welded sections and channels), as well as sheet metal.
Welded, sheet and arch-formed structures are manufactured.

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures racks and ramps, such as inspection ramps, loading/unloading racks, process pipe racks and cable racks. We also produce metal rack structures, such as columns, beams, frames, ties and floor trusses. Racks are manufactured from standard rolled metal, welded I-beams, rolled sections, roll-formed sections (non-standard I-beams or various sections). Racks are made of low-alloy and conventional types of steel, depending on the temperature conditions of the region of operation. For instance, for industrial enterprises located in areas with low air temperatures, racks would be made of low-alloy steel

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures supports for various industries and for various purposes – from utility networks to oil pipelines. Supports are designed for fixing pipelines on various metal structures and are required in the chemical, petrochemical, oil/gas processing and other industries. Our supports range from 57 to 1,500 mm in diameter. The supports are manufactured from carbon and low-alloy steels.

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures communication towers (cellular towers) of any height and complexity, depending on the operating conditions (wind loads, ice or snow) and the region of use. Communication towers are designed for the construction of communication networks, trunking communications, radio relay or cellular communications. Communication towers are made of steels of the following strength classes: S245, S345, S390 according to GOST 27772-88, and 09G2S GOST 19281-2014 Corrosion protection of the towers is provided in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.11-85. Corrosion protection coating of our products is ensured by the advanced paint materials. Signal color marking of communication towers is applied in accordance with the requirements of REGA RF-94 by alternating bands of red and white colors, i.e., section by section. If you would like to place an order for a serial production of towers, it is recommended to perform a test assembly at the manufacturer's site.

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures telecom towers, floodlight poles and towers. Floodlight poles are designed for illumination and lightning protection of outdoor switchgears of electrical substations with a voltage of 35-500 kV, fuel depots and other petrochemical facilities. The design and scope of the poles applications are determined by the standard project of the series 3.407.9-172 "SEVZAPENERGOSETPROYEKT". Floodlight poles are designed for installation in construction areas with the following climatic conditions: - average air temperature of the coldest five-day period: -40° C... 50° C; - 3rd wind region wind load for structures installed on outdoor switchgears with a voltage of 500 kV. In case of transportation of floodlight poles and lightning rods by rail, the lower base sections (except for PMS-24) are bolted together to be subsequently assembled at the construction site, as they exceed the permissible rail gage. If you would like to place an order for a serial production of towers, rods or poles, it is recommended to perform a test assembly at the manufacturer's site.

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures transmission towers for power lines with a voltage of 35 kV and higher. Metal towers are characterized by a low weight and high strength. Transmission towers are operated at air temperatures of up to -65 °C and are especially relevant in the Far North. Transmission towers are made from pipe and angle steel. Metal structures are made of steel from the grades 09G2S according to GOST 19281-2014, and C345 according to GOST 27772-2015. We produce tubular transition structures that are used when high-voltage lines pass through engineering structures or natural obstacles on the ground (e.g., reservoirs). They are classified as special structures, the production and assembly of which is characterized by a special complexity of execution. We also manufacture angle transmission towers. Tubular towers are made according to individual projects, and angle towers - according to standard series. We have experience in the manufacture and supply of transmission towers with a height of over 170 m. For instance, our projects include transmission towers over the rivers of Amur and Ob and Zeya Reservoir.

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures horizontal and vertical tanks for the storage of petroleum products, as well as for water and other liquids:
- manufacture of tanks based on the client's requirements and according to standard projects;
- manufacture and installation of custom-made steel tanks and tank farms;
- tank volume: from 5 to 50,000 m3, horizontal tanks are up to 100 m3
We develop engineering designs and provide sets of equipment for tanks. All technical solutions adopted in the design of tanks will meet the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire, etc. regulations applicable in Russia.
The steel plant manufactures and supplies tanks that can operate in various climatic conditions, including in the regions of the Far North.
Such tanks are supplemented with thermal insulation kits, a heating system and other special equipment. In addition, our plant has a vast experience in the supply of additional equipment for tanks, such as breathing equipment: breathing and safety valves, ventilation pipes, gas line hook-ups, and fire extinguishing systems; - manifold: shuttle valves and control mechanisms, lifting pipes, floating intake devices, etc.;
- buoyant tanks;
- level monitoring devices: level gages, level sensors and alarms, etc.;
- oil loading equipment: devices for the lower and upper drains of petroleum products, counting and metering devices, etc.

AO "OmZM-METALL" manufactures industrial metalware and anchors according to GOST 22032-76. Metalware is a necessary component the installation of frames, racks, tanks, communication towers/poles and other metal structures. We produce metalware for construction, mechanical engineering, oil and gas industry and other industries.
