The main principle of the Company's HR policy is to maintain high efficiency of its every division and section.
The Company's employees improve their skills in the leading training centers of the country and the region, attend professional conferences and seminars, and study according to specially developed corporate programs. In 2020, AO "OmZM-METALL" launched the National Project "Labor Productivity and Employment Assistance", which aims to increase labor productivity through the use of lean manufacturing tools, as well as to improve the skills and involvement of personnel. The project operator is the Federal Competence Center (FCC).
AO "OmZM-METALL" has a tradition of holding events to unite the team and maintain the corporate spirit: sports competitions between OmZM teams, team races in the annual Siberian Marathon, and celebration of significant corporate events.
