Surface preparation for Anticorrosive and Fire Protection Coating
Accepted steel structures for coating undergo treatment in shotblasting chamber SсiTeex and shotblasting unit Wheelabrator (Germany) for Sa standard degree of cleaning. Steel structures for anticorrosion protection delivered to the coating areas, where they got sprayed in airless paint sprayers, and after got dried in inTec Gmbh Lackiersysteme drying booth. Steel structures for Fire Protection Coating delivered to special workshops. Coating is preformed according to the fire protection project taking into account the requirements for the degree and type of burning (hydrocarbon or cellulose fiber fire). After the drying, steel structures are inspected by QC Department according to the approved regulations for Paint-and-Lacquer Coating thickness, adhesion with Elcometer Inspection Equipment.
