Steel Detailing Drawings are designed in CAD Software: Advance Steel and Tekla Structures by Design-Engineering Department. The first step is design of 3D object model, second is design of detailed drawings and uploading DSTV files with description of details geometry for NC machining facilities. As the result, design errors and software engineering errors reduced to zero. Next, Chief Process Engineer's Department on basis of Steel Detailing Drawings and DSTV files prepares a location and blank spacing maps for NC machining facilities and delivers them to the machines. In-parallel with that, for each shipment-sized set of details product engineers indicate technological parameters for assembly, welding, and coating in a united software package “Execution Management”, product engineers also making orders for these procedures. Owing to procedure’s priority and labour intensity, employees of Production Scheduling and Control Department elaborate execution and issue shift and daily tasks to all workcenters of the factory.
